John Devine, President
Friendly and upbeat, John has owned and managed Strawberry Hill Landscaping and Irrigation, Inc since 1988. His hands-on involvement and honest approach with our team and our clients have allowed Strawberry Hill to maintain enduring relationships—and create new ones. John grew up in Dover MA, so he knows the lay of the land. He and his wife, Jeanne, and their 5 kids, continue to live in Dover and are active members in the community.
Brian Green, General Manager
Straightforward and personable, Brian has been with Strawberry Hill Landscaping since 2003. He started his landscaping career in the mid 1990's; with this experience comes great wisdom. Brian manages our sales and has oversight of the entire operations, to ensure Strawberry Hill's workmanship is executed professionally with the greatest attention to detail.
Shane Devine, Operations Manager
Personable and dependable, Shane takes charge of the day-to-day and weekly operations across all facets of the company. Growing up dedicated to Strawberry Hill, he has acquired a deep understanding of all aspects of the company which has allowed him to grow into a management position. With his impressive leadership abilities and proficient multitasking skills, Shane demonstrates exceptional project management through precise coordination of the appropriate teams, material, and equipment at each job site which guarantees a remarkable outcome for every client.
Monique Visnaw, Office Manager
Monique is a highly organized, people-centric, hands-on office manager with a broad range of demonstrable high-value and unwaveringly reliable results. She has over 30 years of experience in office management and is insightful in treating customers with respect and listening to their needs. Monique takes pride in delivering the highest quality product with a quick response and in honest fashion. She goes by her nickname, Mo, and enjoys spending her free time tending to her yard, cooking/baking, playing board and card games, and hanging out with her two cats, Ohanzee and Okena.
